Product Details
Nose: The first impression is intense cooked agave, caramel, chocolate, and dulce de leche obtained from its slow cooking. Flashes of tropical fruits such as roasted pineapple, melon, floral nuances like gardenias, subtle herbal notes, and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, with a mineral touch. It is balanced, as its aromas obtained from its careful process are perceived, and the alcoholic note is low.
Palate: It confirms all its olfactory promise, leaving the mouth with intense fruity, spicy, floral tones, and cooked agave. It is sweet and silky. With great persistence.
"A first-of-its-kind tequila crafted from single estate agaves de semilla - agaves grown from seed - averaging approximately 8 years old, the high natural sugar content has resulted in an exceptionally rich tequila. At 50% ABV, powerful flavors and aromas of cooked agave, tropical fruits such as roasted pineapple and melon, chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche, and spices including cinnamon and cardamom, are complemented by notes of gardenia and a minerality that reflects the terroir of the highlands."
