ArteNOM 1579 Blanco

Created by Felipe Camarena in the highland town of Jesús-María at El Pandillo, a highly innovative and one of a kind distillery.

Fermented with rain water, and distilled with a 50/50 blend of rain water and filtered on-property well water.

Active aeration prior to bottling illuminates flavors of the sugar rich agaves and high mineral content soil.

Distillation in small volume copper pot stills.

Aroma: Yeasty minerality, fresh rainfall, cooked agave, mint. 

Palate: Spearmint, freshly cut grass, deeply caramelized agave presenting a warm, full, and medium bodied mouth feel. Rounded, soft and persistent.
